WHAT DO BEAVER SCOUTS DO?
Beaver Scouts is a place to discover new things and embark on great adventures. Fun and friendship are the cornerstones of the Beaver program. Youth aged 5 to 7 get to explore a little bit of everything; through nature walks, short hikes, tree planting, games, crafts and family events. Beaver Scouts gain valuable social skills while making new friends along the way. Beaver Scouts is all about teamwork, cooperation and developing self-confidence.
A Beaver Scout Section is called a “Colony” and youth within a Colony are organized into smaller teams called “Lodges”. The motto for Beaver Scouts is: ‘Sharing, Sharing, Sharing’ and through Beavers, youth develop a respect for nature and others while exploring the world around them.
This section is currently inactive because we need two male or female leaders. Could you be one? Training and support will be provided.
